Princess Royal Island

The party has covered at least 23 nautical miles today. They have camped on Princess Royal Island.

The weather has improved considerably. Around 1:00am the wind subsided. Between 5am and 3pm winds were between 1 and 5 knots at Bonilla Island. They built a little in late afternoon, but have only reached 8 knots. The marine forecast calls for westerly winds at 10 knots tomorrow. The Prince Rupert forecast does not show rain, and indicates some periods of sun, for Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The Port Hardy forecast shows showers tomorrow, but dry on Friday.

I highly recommend checking out this camp on Google Earth. It looks like a very nice spot!
